Some fuel issues, seems two 600 h.p pumps are NOT up to it!!!
Happy though... This is at 16 Lb with 7.8 compression...
For the guys who are still in h.p ...Slight boost spike which will be rectified, but realy not an issue there....

Thanks to Hitman ...

No the Kw graph shows the fuel .. From 11.8 to 12.8 at it leans off, the fuel pressure guage dips ..Could be supply pump to surge tank?
The fuel ratio at peak torque 11.8 is what we are aiming for..
Anything lower than 11.5 is rich...
600 h.p pumps are naturally asperated power..

Very nice man. I assume that is at the rear wheels?

What sort of 1/4 mile does it run?

It' deffinatley NOT set up for 1/4 miles due to hard suspension...Plus twin plate neds some sorting as its not a quick gear change...
But so far 12.91 @ 120 mph..Not both in same run though...
s**t times but I'm loosing time chaging gears and getting traction..
Good mph.. this was with 386 rwkw...

Image
Slower mph but better time.. Yep driver needs to be quicker or not try as hard???
Image
An auto would be "much" "much' quicker...
But clutch is not sorted, it doesn't release quick enough.. I'm soon off to see Mal Wood....

In your sig you have a Mal Wood twin plate clutch. Was that before this was installed, or is it just getting a bit tired?

What is the suspension setup for? Do you use it for track work, or just a streeter?

great effort, two 044's will feed that no worries.. what pumps are you running??

my guess is also that those 580cc, if thats what you are still running, would be stretched as far as you would want to stretch them..

Don't worry about the 1/4 mile mate I'd be more happy with the fact my car impressed a supercar driver around Oran Park  She looked like a real handful on that DVD and that was only with 380 rwkw too if I remember correctly!

The pumps are 984's.. 255's X's 2... The 55 Lb / 580 cc injectors where fine,[70 % cycle @38 Lb] but I have fitted new 650 cc injectors since and running them at 45 Lb ...The cost of two 044's is close to an SX single pump..
The clutch is an early twin plate.. Mal is upgrading it for me...
I also think the shifter itself requres some attention. The newer TKO's have much better shifter mechanism... I also think a due frictionl compound material on clutch would help bite and realease, .. I live on a hill and aften need to start off it to enter garage so complete ceramic or brass button clutch maybe too grippy....Was going to fit 3:45 LSD rear end but having my doubts.....
