While being tuned I think I have found why at times fuel can be smelt behind car.. Even though AFR's are quite lean for boosted engine..
Also why at low speed I seemed to go through alittle more fuel than at higher open road speeds...
The fuel has been boiling in my 5 ltr surge tank!!. after two or three power pulls the fuel is boiling something bad!!! Something I'll have to fix... With screening and better clearancing of fuel lines etc...
The timing ranges from 52* advance to 22* at 16 Lb boost..[7.8 comp remember]
Any way at 12 Lb it makes 449 rwkw..
At 16 it makes 482 rwkw [646 rwhp] on heat soaked engine and fuel!!
Its still making power till wastegates open, then levels off...
The internal gates are doing there job, I ported them as I had to drill housing to fit them. Not realy any room for external gates..
On cool nights it's twice as crisp, sounds it too...

s**t dude thats umm impressive to say the least

with the boiling fuel u could maybe insulate the lines as well to help stop heat soak

In boot beside jack...It boiled there as there's no pressure...
While fuel is in between pumps and reg there's pressure so I guess it won't boil.. The return line from reg returns to surge tank...
I'll just have to allow more clearance around left dump pipe and make shield... More air will also help along with maybe lifting rear of bonnet to let some hot air out...

thats awesome mate.. love to see ppl doing different combos, especially with fords which especially in v8 form besides clevo are pretty damn dead here.
I really like your turbo choice, i hate seeing ppl with turbos then having 1.05 a/r's or whatever.. yours must come on boost real nice, how early are they starting? even half inch throttle would boogy im guessing
