turn wheel the hall effect sensor is on and set it on 26degrees and then set the base to 60 degress BTDC or other way around i cant remember

yes, that is what is necessary for perfect tfi integration on an autronic SM4, the whole issue is caused by where FORD decided to set the leading edge of the tfi teeth. Pretty much all aftermarket ecu's work best with a cylinder pulse trigger at 60BTDC, and a std tfi wheel triggers at 10BTDC from memory. this is less than optimal way to run a system, so you move the leading edge of the sync tooth to trigger through the hall at 30deg (dizzy btdc)/60BTDC crank. and set your cylinder i/p lead offset at 60deg

they do work (as fritzz hasnt touched his tfi) in std form, but timing moves around too much
