T5 wont last much longer than the auto, ecu upgrade is preferable.
Its used an fmu, they work but aftermarket ecu would be better with some 42lb injectors.

Mate i don't have a v8 but i do have a BA 6 with a Raptor Supercharger.
Am very happy with it have had no problems at all.
Easy to fit,top shelf equipment.
I got 210rwkw untuned on one dyno and 237rwkw on another i think the 210 was probably close.
So i opened up where the pod breathes from and a few other litle doodads and went back to the 210 dyno and got 220rwkw with over 600nm of torque from 1800 revs to 5000 revs where the generic tune started to pull out timing.Gotta be happy with that.Haven't tuned it yet but i will soon.
PM me if you want info dude.
If i was to spend the same amount again it would be the Raptor again.

In around 2 months there will be basic kits available, thanks to Raptor XR8.

Stay tuned
