this is the Rebuild im Hoping to do during My Aniual Leave Next month....
Rebuild Specs:

ACL Ba XR6t Forged Piston 020" (Vlave relief Cut)
H-beam Rods
ACL race Bearings (Small/ Big end)
Hi volume Oil Pump
Crank shaft Machined/ Ballanced
Ported/ Polished AU Head

Im Not sure if i have missed out on something?

Std are hypo but can be bought as forged.. Or atleast they list them om there site...The ACL race series is reasonably strong piston though...

if your forking out that much moeny for a rebuild you may aswell spend another 500 or so and go from ba non forged pistons to a decent set of forgies, gives you a fair bit more to play with down the track. Thats my opinion anyway.

Spool have a custom rod and C.P piston package for $2k...More than 1/2 that $$ would piston price..

can those rods be put straight into an AU bottom end..? cos if they can im buying that package. i know au/ba piston heights are different but if i have ba pistons an rods it will work yeah? i have a 1.6mm thick copper headgasket an the block is going to be o-ringed so clearance shouldnt be an issue.
