hello people, just need some advise, i bought a stage 2 manifold, dump pipe and fuel reg off snort performance, he sent me the invoice about 4 weeks ago, i paid the invoiced amount, geoff emailed me the next day to advise me that he recieved the money but now i can get in contact with him, he not answering my phone calls and not returning my emails.... What should i do?
should drive down down to Wadonga, to his workshop/ house, it only 3hours away from me, or is it normal for geoff to treat his customers like this? |

You are saying that in 4 weeks you haven't been able to make contact? You can only keep trying, I know a few people (Ford St Mechanical - Rockhampton) up my way that have recieved kits in the last week or thereabouts so it would seem gear is still or at least was shipping out. Certainly hope you get your goods

Geoff will not rip you off, don't worry about that. He is a good man that just has a lot on his plate.
If you've paid and he's confirmed payment then your goods will be on their way. Just keep trying to get him by both phone and email. |

The person who posted above me here BI6TIM seems to have a pretty strong connection with snort (judging by sig line) maybe he can make contact on your behalf and have you feeling more assured. Seems everything is still happening even if a bit slowly

Nothing new mate.
Snort normally take about month month and a half to get the gear out. Well that's from my experience and friends. Ps. Contacting bigtim won't help from experience aswel. If u pm iceman on boostedfalcon which is geof not sure if that's his name on here u will have better results.

dosent he make all the manifolds himself? It would make sense that he has a workload that takes time to get through. Its the same as when I ordered my trailer, It took 6 weeks because the guy is a 1 man show and he already had other trailers to build before he got to mine. dont stress im sure your order is in the que and he will get to it accordingly

Also Im sure geoff would not have hundreds of manifolds on the shelf. He would make them to order im sure of it.
