ok havn't been in a newer magna before, last one i went in was a 1994 model and that thing was so gutless. Im pretty sure some of those TJ series hammer though

you beat one 60-100? thats where they are teh best, the needle just instantly flicks up. and theres no way in hell a stock au (cat back) au would beat a stock one. manual or not.

i asume u mean me... i run 4.11's Comp headers in a lighter car with an AU motor and EL efi... You cant seriously think any V6 commmodore would beat me???? Supercharged ones are still S H I T.

id imagine your car would pull quicker with the gears and weight difference.

I still reckon a stock manual AU would keep up with a supercharged VT, there not quick.

I'm not gonna argue for the sake of a Calais, but I will state that they are not slow.
My car is just as quick as a manual BA XR6, and and I cannot beat one.

EF2 gli, just got cat back, opened cat, extractors, auto, 3.45 lsd, mild head work (inlet outlet ports matched, valve seats smoothed out, small raise in comp) and a 1636 cam in it along with intake. We had a V tech or what ever those gadgets are called goin, and he was told a 14.93 so ill go with that haha.

your diff ratio is what slows u down... if you ran a nice high ratio ud easily beat an XR6 manual.

How does that work i'v beatin every BA 6 that iv come up against and mine has a 3.08diff
