Just use a BA XR6T Turbo.
They're plenty responsive got a 4L.
easily available, reliable and plenty of upgrade potential.

no he ment the whole entire engine, he has a an electrican do the wiring up and hes changes the engine bay and he buys the engine and then a quick dyno tune

so for 6500bucks i get
baxr6t engine
wired up correctly to el stuff
midifided engine bay
dyno tune

I'd say go for that. At least the BA donks are built for boost, and are heaps reliable (in stock and even mildly modded form). And with 240/245 or even up to say 300rw you'd have a quick E series.

This was at the Capital All Ford Day on Sunday.

You didn't happen to get any interior pics of this did you? Certainly would surprise everyone here!

No I didn't, but it's a full B series XR interior, seats, trim, dash, cluster everything.

yer i dident realise it would put me at 270rwkw for that price, i thought it would just be the engine conversion and a slight tune

my tuner is bruce henrich in sa

according to my tuner the conversions dont even take long like 2 or 3 days at max i was told

paulos - did you see the black ED with the xr6t conversion at Bruce's? That car has gone under some major renovations. That price Bruce quoted is about right. The power output will be between 250-270rwkw. But dont rely on numbers alone. Thats usually what Bruce says to me.
