Anyone know where you can get some Turbo Extractors for an EL I6? If so how much? and where?

You don't run extractors with a turbo.. You run an exhaust manifold aka dump pipe.

And any exhaust place could make this up for you.

Expect to pay around 600 for a log style and a grand plus for a tuned length job

The turbo manifold is the turbo manifold...the dump pipe is the bit that goes from the exhaust housing of the turbo to your exhaust / cat.
