hi there i know most of this has prob been answered but its a bit hard to get a straight answer sometimes so this is the easiest way. i am planning on puttin a turbo on my ef falcon 5 spd
firstly. does ne one make a plug n play ecu, as far as i can tell no. which ones are good, the wold 3d v4 looks alright. if i get a chip tuned for it will that do much or is not worth it. how much power will my gearbox and diff hold. the gearbox is out of an ef xr6 if they r any different i dont know. how much boost can i run with the stock motor without sending it sky high? i plan on building another motor with ACL race series pistons with the dish top, does any one know how good these are? how big should i go with my injectors? and are there bigger ones that just go straight in?? and last but not least lol, how big an intercooler can i use without having to remove the front bar as i like the sleeper look. and will i have to take out the aircon? any information and or photos any one can send me would be greatly appreciated..

iv got a wolf 3d v4 and reccommend it or a mega squirt,there are heaps of injectors that will go straight in iv got seimens ones,iv got a standard size intercooler,you'll have to remove bumper to fit it but if you paint it black or have mesh it will keep the sleeper look,im running 9psi currently but will be running 15 on a standard au engine,with a good tune it will stand that,but not much more.my t5 is holding up well on 9 psi,im gonna get a heavier clutch for 15 psi,but i also have an auto to build for it.the diff should be fine

alright cool. wat about bigger injectors out of other cars that go in?
i am going to use a 255lh walbro intake pump. wat size intercooler 600x300?

I'm currently developing a plug and play ecu kit based on a Megasquirt for EF falcons (search for my other threads). I currently have a running prototype on my turbo EF Fairmont.

diff and auto will be fine
dont get a wolf wolf3d V5 make a ecu for an ef i think ive seen 20 psi on a stock motor 8 psi will be fine with a good tune i wouldnt bother with a chip as they dont read boost get a snort kit and an ems 8860 plus fuel pump and ford motor sport 42 lb injectors and you will have over 200kw intercool will fit easierly behind the front bar

chiptorque do a chip that reads boost but on up to 5 or 8 psi i think. my cars not an auto, it was, but thankfully not anymore lol. yeah there is a wolf v5 for ef but its a little pricey was hoping for something a little cheaper.
