G'day Guys,

What size/model turbo would suit my engine?
Boost would only be around 6-8psi max.

I know SFA about turbo's so im hoping for some good advice here.

Cheers,
Jeff

are you going to run 1 or 2 turbo's.I was thinking of a T70 (around 700hp max) as the smallest for a single set up

Looking at single.
Only chasing 350rwhp on 6-8psi, so nothing special.
What about the std Garret turbo's off BA XR6T's?

Standard BA turbo will be way too small, it'll run out of puff pretty early and you'll regret it.

A T04Z will be good for a mild V8, you can get the real deal or ebay cheapies. My mate has a ebay T04Z copy and its been great for ABout 2 years.

a to4z with a decent size tubine housing would be ok, would have full boost before 2500

a gt4294R would be good also

not much point going bigger if your only wanting 350rwhp... i think you will get that really easy on 6-8psi with your engine.

Cheers Ben.

If you know of any T04Z's around let us know.

What size turbine housing are you thinking that would suit it?

66 to 70 mm is what you need..

Garrett T04Z, GT40**, TA45 to Master Power T70.. Not the cheap E Bay T70's though..

One of the cheapest NEW turbo's you can buy..

The Master Power comes with proper "T4" exhaust housing..

The Chinese havn't picked up on that yet !!!
