Did a quick search but didn't find too much that was use full.
So couple of questions,
1: Are standard ford Typhoon, XR6t and XR6 injectors from the BF range 32pounds?
2: Are they high or low impedance?
3: What does the standard ECU from an EF 4.0 like to read, High or Low imp. injectors?
4: Can a Wolf3d V4 read both high and low impedance injectors?
5: Will they run fine with a standard rising rate reg.?

All help appreciated Fellas

Moody

I think Fritz is your man to answer that as I think he had a rising rate reg and standard computer on his combo in the early stages.

This may sound like a bit of a stupid question, but whats the difference between an adjustable fuel pressure reg. and a Rising rate reg.?
What are some quality brands and models of RRR's to look for and what should I be expecting to pay?

an adjustable reg allows you to change fuel pressure, a rising rate reg increases fuel pressure as boost increases.

sard, turbosmart. u would need atleast 2:1.

best way would be to run standard injectors and a 12:1 vortex reg, at around standard fuel pressure with a good fuel pump.

yes expect problems with timing, and detonation because your car is a ef you cant change base timing.

cappa sell vortex regs i think.

man if u cant afford some sort of tunable ecu then u shouldent be turboing your car.
