Buying a CAPA (Centrifugal Air Pumps Australia) flash tuner and then custom tune.

Basically gets a computer and flashes the computer in your car for better performance. Factory tunes are tuned for safety and people who don't look after their cars.
Can get up to about 20rwkw maybe more depending on heaps of factors, with car in dead stock form.

dont put a boost controller on it....
with the flash tuners you can store 3 different tunes anyways.
Simon from XFT in perth has a new FG F6, he put a high flow cat in and tuned it which yielded a healthy 300-320rwkw.
even with the standard cat and a tune you'll be happy with the results.

oh and we want pics.

cheers.

Since the OP is already in 'Malborune' take a visit to APS. They know the Ford I6T inside out (literally).
