I think a PWR 'kit' (which would still need a lot of parts - eg. hoses, intake pipework, silicone, etc) are around $1600+.
The raptor kit when it comes out (don't know of any official figures yet) may be around 2K....which is heaps better value as it will be comprehensive (intake pipework, etc). A kit from frozenboost in US depending on exchange rate will be at your door for $570 - $800ish. This would include core, radiator, pump, thermo fan, maybe some water lines/fittings (would still need a fair bit more). Or you can piece it together yourself (this is what I've done): New core (intercooler) $250. RS Liberty used radiator $100 Pump $100 New Fittings $25 New Water Hose $80 New Thermo Fan $80 New Optional water fill point/overflow reservoir $100 New 3" Stainless Pipe for intake $150 New Silicone Joiners $80 Silicone Clamps $5 from wreckers! Total - $970 This assumes fitting everything and welding intake yourself. You could do it cheaper if you bought more used parts, and were able to fill water either on the core, or in the radiator if it is positioned higher than the core...might bring price down to $750. Bear in mind, the Raptor back w2a kit will come with full warranty and instructions. What you pay for is the R&D Raptor have put in to make the kit work best for them.
But if you have a mechanical mind or know someone who can do it all for ya, you could do it all yourself and save some money.

Hi Fellas,
For those thinking about w2a, here is a pic of how I'm setting mine up. As you can see, the battery is in the boot, meaning I can put the core in its place. This keeps it away from extractor heat. Only the short bit of pipe to the TB will get some heat, which I'll insulate. Ideally it would be great to cut and re-weld the blower outlet (eg. raptor w2a setup), to negate the first 270degree bend, but its cheaper and easier for me this way. Overall the bends and restriction to air flow are minimal, gradual (except for the turn in the core), and away from excessive heat. What you see is a tight fit, but the bonnet does close. I'm yet to mount radiator/thermofan and pump. Joe

Well I could have gone for their budget system they were selling for $280, but I knew the upgraded parts would be better off int he long run. I went the smaller but thicker heat exchanger, and the type 19 long flow core, as well as the better Bosch Cobra water pump. All up delivered I paid over $600. Alot I know, but all the parts I wanted are to suit my car and ultimately longevity. I still need water hoses, and some custom 3" pipe work made up. My initial budget of 1k will be blow out the water. But I know I should be better off.
