I seen this turbo kit on ebay the other day and thought id get a few answers and replies from you guys what you think of it
the link is
http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=320528474960&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT

can any of you see the down side of this kit

Apart from its needs a intercooler, a J3 chip and tune, Dump pipe setup and fuel pump upgrade and injectors but would it be good for the 180-190 rwkw as he says? on stock fuel pump/injectors?

Monsta performance = poorly made cheap Chinese Garret copies.

There have been stories of their T70 and T04E turbo's failing on initial start up and warm up. One s**t itself on a VL as the guy was backing it out of the driveway.
Average life expectancy seems to be between 2,000 and 10,000kms. Still, a few Monsta turbo's seem cheaper than a single genuine Garret unit.

This has been covered on calaisturbo (the home of the tight a*** dreamer) several times.

The turbo on that ebay link looks NASTY!!
I wouldn't put that on my car if you paid me to.
Maybe use it as an expensive paperweight?
