Make sure they are legit Master Power turbo's...

That seller is a legit dealer, he's the only MasterPower dealer in Australasia that I know of. His shop is in NZ.
When i was going to turbo my EF I bought a T60 (p-trim, 1.0ar) off him, he seems to know his stuff.
