They have done heaps of tests on this in the states.

Carby always came out on top for peak power.

What car do you have? If its anything that came with EFI stock going to carb is illegal for the street.

You'd have to get a carby intake manifold, the actual carb and a carby fuel pump.

Not sure on what else.
