Re-tunning done,30 degrees advanced under load.New fuel pressure reg in set at 42 psi and re-starting problem solved 168 rwkw.Problem is im at around the same power which makes me think the 2500 stall I put in isnt working properly. The auto is a au one which was put in 20,000 kms ago.Anyone recommend a good brand of stall converters.

New Dominator 2800 stall on the way as I got ripped of with the 2500 stall. It locks up at 2000rpm.Has anyone had troubles with their auto going into limp mode with a larger stall.
New uderdrive pullies been put on tonight but I might only use the crank one so I could have the water pump and alternater pulley for sale.

New stall fitted, absolutley blown away by the difference.Standing start locked in 1st tyre smoke, bump it into 2nd tyre smoke, then third tyre smoke.Ill have to put it on a dyno again and see how much the rwkws have improved.

You interested in selling the factory pulleys. I am so over the Underdrives. I am killing batteries every 6 months due to only city driving

I got my MSD 8456 today, am sending it to Joe at Crescent to get it fitted, as my stock dizzy had developed an occasional miss at idle and high rpm.

Didn't even look at the Crane. I got it for 495 from American Auto's in Sydney. This was a whopping 400 less than a brand new replacement from Fraud

MSD 8456 on the way.I had one cylinder running a bit colder than the others, compression low in that cylinder.Pulled it to bits and found the roller rocker adjusted up to tight,re adjust no problems.Took it for a test drive last night and it was idling to high, when changing idle I noticed small sparks between the main part of the coil and the outer steel bands.Put the origional coil back in(no sparks).Starts better, idles better and revs a lot better.

Pic of new inlet badge.
