Around 130-140rwkw maybe. You don't really need larger injectors, fuel pump or throttle body until you have changed heads/intake IMO.

Instead of those mods I would do:
Pro-M 75mm MAF
YT 1.72 Roller rockers
Extractors and Exhaust
Underdrive pullies
K&N filter/CAI setup

This should give better results and should be around the same cost if not cheaper.

EDXR8, how much would these mods together cost installed approx?

Pro-M 75mm MAF $400
YT 1.72 Roller rockers $500
Extractors and Exhaust $1200 installed
Underdrive pullies $300
K&N filter/CAI setup $150

The MAF and air filter/CAI setup would only take you 10mins to install. To get the underdrives and Roller rockers installed it would probably cost $200. All up just under $3k.

Its probably worth noting tho - that it's a very strong 200rwkw and by the sounds of it, goes all day every day and seems like it doesnt give you much trouble.... probably also worth noting that 200rwkw is a lot of power.

not much trouble???

Well - almost every mod, started with me breaking something..

killed waterpump / timing chain case = new cam and roller rockers. (the engine was apart anyways)
killed T5 = T56
killed diff = 3.9's
killed tailshaft = custom 2 peice tailshaft
killed valve springs / collets / valves = new alloy heads

My Fairmont Ghia currently makes 148 rwkw with the following mods
75mm MAF and matched 24lb injectors =900
underdrive pulleys =300
4 1/2in cold air intake =35
lukey extractors =500 plus fitting
single 2 1/2 exhaust =450fitted
65 mm throttlebody plus matching egr = 200 secondhand
unichip = 1095 fitted and tuned
10mm topgun leads=100
iridium plugs =160 ( I got ripped on these)
Walbro intank pump=210 (you can get these cheaper if you look around)
Fuel pressure regualtor=130
K+N panel filter=100

To look at my engine bay the only things that stand out are the underdrives, but that will change when the RPM goes on as all will be revealed.
But at the flick of a switch i have 219rwkw curtesy of a dry NOS Kit =1000
I did all of the work on my car bar the unichip and cat back exhaust. Am extremely happy but awaiting the arrival of an RPM PerformerII intake manifold and AFR heads. Am hoping for 200rwkw N/A and 280-300 with the NOS once the heads are done. Of note is the fact that mine is an auto and has considerable more driveline loss than a manual would.

What would the 148rwkw be at the engine considering its going through an auto?

The usual calculation is 33% driveline loss for an auto and 25-30 for a manual, so working backwards is about 210 at the engine

I *so* need one of these "dry NOS kits" lol!
Are they detectable by cops looking under the hood?

If you are clever with the install the cops will never know it is there.

Sounds like a very very interesting idea since i cant do bolt on mods legally.
Any ideas on cost/installing/durability?

At the moment mine cant be seen, but when the RPM goes on it will be visible to all. As listed in the cost is as described in this thread, and yes it can be installed by yourself in about 6 hrs. But you do NEED the MAF Injectors Fuel pump and the Pressure regulator, so about 2k in parts. When i brought mine i was told 2400 fitted and tuned, and did it for less than 1800 not including the MAF
