I put the exceedy heavy duty with 1200kg clamp pressure as opposed to the std 900kg and It drives great.

My exceedy clutch came with a pbr clutch plate. Apparantly PBR, Daiken & Exceedy are all sister companies that share components, but I dont have proof of this, other than my mixed components in my Exceedy clutch kit. When machining your flywheel, try to get it hot first, when we did mine (and it was f**k and used to shudder) we had to take a bit off it. The stone didnt get overly hot, but enough to make the coolant steam. The finish turned out good and my clutch is perfect with absolutely no shudder at all. My assumption is that with the balance being weighted to one side, the clutch expands at different rates when it gets warm, so grinding it when it is already warm means that it is dead flat when it reaches operating temp. Just a theory though, end of my rant

ive got an rpm in my eb and im not a fan ive had some really smelly take offs and i consider myself able to drive . i wouldnt recommend them at all. the guy that ran the dyno day in baysy recommended the exedy clutch kit to me. but considering ive only done about 3000klms on it it will have to do for now.
