i understand what your saying mitch, my large cam and high comp would not help the matter also.

did you just rotate the tb housings around or is there more to it than that.

essentially i just rotated them, but that required new linkages, adapter plates, and rerouting the fuel rails...

my fuel rails are now extremely close to the distributor which is a pain in the a***.. but its worth the inconvienience..

I got my throttlebody injection about 8 years ago now and it was from DC & O products which are at Narrellan NSW (south west of Sydney). They are 8 individual throttle bodies on a quad webber manifold. The set up cost about $3500 for manifold, throttle bodies, linkages, fuel rails. I found them alot better made than the injection perfection set up.

Just an added positive with this set up is that they have a built in vacum tank under the manifold

I got mine from Katicore - it's also a DC&O unit although its the newer 50mm setup, it'll cost u between $3300-3500 now, that doesn't include the filters as shown on mine - plenty of pics here :

I'd be curious if the 20V TBs would be big enough...

yeah could be pushing the velocity through them a bit, they are 42mm from a silvertop and 45mm from a black top, not sure if theres much meat that can be ground off the inner diameter or not. This guy who bought my set seemed pretty sure theyd be sweet
