i agree in my 97 ghia i barley notice any difference. actually when i had the belt off i could turn the clutch by hand it was hard but i was able to.


hmm thats strange, cause with my car and the belt off you can spin the compressor pulley with one finger....... is that normal?, cause i might add my aircon dont work either.......

was comin home from work about a week ago when it was high 30's, comin down evans rd in cranny with the climate control on 16 flatout, some idiot in a commo decided they were gonna haul on the brakes at the last second and turn left, slowed down to about 50ish behind him, then gave it a boot full around him in D. the car kicked back into 1st hard as all s***, then it hit 2nd at around 75-80 K's and chirped hard as anything into second almost with the traction control flashin at me as if i had a shift kit and it was turned all the way up.lol.its weird some days its good and some days its gutless witht he aircon.meh.

lol that dosn't sound good, it shouldn't be doing that if you dont have a shiftkit

yeah but it was a hot day which would of made it easier for the box to shift so its no drama, goes in for a tranny service soon, when i cbf.
