are AU 5L Roller Rockers 1.7 non adjustables from factory?

They're not rollers, and they're 1.6:1 ratio.

The only exception here may be the 220KW and 5.6L variants

220 Kw AU's got the 1.7:1 ratio non-adjustable rockers. 200 Kw AU's had 1.6:1 non-adjustable, all others had normal factory rockers.

ive got yella terra roller rockers on my 200kw motor, and have been told they are 1.72 if they dont have a 6 cast into the rocker, is this correct?

Pretty sure the 200kw AU engines got the 1.6:1 Crane roller rockers.

i'm pretty sure the 220kw motor got the YT 1.72 RR's.

My T2 TS50 has 1.7 adjustables from factory, i couldn't believe it when i took the rocker covers off

Wow that is unusual... Are you sure no one has been in there before you and fitted them? A bonus for you though most definitely!
