Any advice would be great.

Looking at an AU11 XR8. Silver, auto, 114k. VGC throughout. Price $13990 drive away.

Anyone had one, good experiences, bad experiences?

Thanks again

jeez fuel prices are really hurting v8 resale values, thats only 4 and a half more than I paid for my SR au2 9 months ago... bargain mate.

as long as you look after it, it will look after you. get all the fiddleys serviced before you start modding. make sure its all gold, otherwise extra power and hard driving will help any weak points fail.

Nah, thats about the right price for an AU2 XR8.
If it was a ute, you could add another couple of grand.

Good buy anyway Wally. The 8's are pretty well bulletproof. Is it manual or auto?

Had a look under the hood over the weekend and noticed a set of Pacemaker extractors bolted on and an aftermarket exhaust...keeps getting better!!

it will say 220 under the XR8 if it is a 220 version.
