Its a Windsor, 190,000kms means its almost run in.
Mine had 170k on the clock when i then bolted the blower onto it. Its now been on there copping a flogging every while, and done about another 30-40k. Still has good oil pressure and runs really well.
The km's on a Windsor are the last thing to worry about. Just check to see the cars have been well looked after.
But i'd still be heading towards the manual. Especially being 5k cheaper.

Manual all the way and spend the mpney spared on a few upgrades...

Manual for sure. Firewall will more likely crack if you have a hard as clutch which you don't need anyway. It's about how you drive.
