hey guys i guess this isnt so much of a problem... just after advice...will i have change over the crank pulley thingi if im putting all the ef xr8 accesories on the au220 motor... for wiring loom purposes...

Yes, and if you want i would be willing to swap your pulley, and associated gear for the EDIS system and the dizzy.

ok so what stuff will you need... will u need all of the powersteering and alternator bracketrs etc... or just crank pulley. water pump etc...

what stuff would you be swapping with sry...
i have the ef water pump. crank pulley etc... but i do need to get rid of the au stuff. so i think im open to trades or swappes... dnt know what else i need... hey do u know any 1 that would be interested in a ef engine cover that is painted in kermet the from green... looks tough as.

Weel, I am after the EDIS, the crank balancer and associated bits for the EDIS, and i would swap a EF balancer and a Distributor. This should be all you need to run the 220 in an EF

ok sry mind my ignorance... what is edis. is the the coil packs setup. orrr. did u need au3 computer or anythinfg like that... or loom. gots the whole comp loom...

are the ef balencer and distributor in good nick.. did u run them on the n2o... also. were u still selling ur old nos kit... what would i need to do to get that going on my car... roughly how long does a bottle of nos last... using sparingly... im gonna try run a 9 i think maybe with mods made and i hit of n2o should put me in low 10s... well once i have the 373 diff gears in... what mods have you made to your car.., and what times have you got out of it

EDIS is Electronic Distributorless Ignition System.
So basically the coil packs, crank pickup, and cam position sensor. The EEC is what runs the EDIS in our AU's. However I believe the MegaJolt Jr. (by the Megasquirt guys) can run the EDIS hardware... |
