Hey guys... I was cleaning my engine bay of my BA XR8 and noticed a crack on the side of my plenum cover. I spoke to Ford and they said it wasn't covered by warranty... They quoted me over $1K to supply and fit... Have any of you guys had probs with this???

hmm, there are wrecked BA XR8's in wrecking yards now so i am sure you get a new plemium cover for much less then that 1 grand. I can't see how it would crack, reckon you can post a pic of it so i know what it is thats cracked?
