can anyone tell me the correct way to install new guides & tensioners ?
are the tensioners oil pressure adjusted, or by spring tension ?
I need to know quick

The tensioners are oil driven. That's why the chains rattle about first thing in the morning as there is little oil to pressurise. The rocker covers need to come off, the upper plenum cover and throttle body too, the harmonic balancer and then the timing cover. Use silicon around each bolt hole when you put the timing cover back on too.
