A 351 block with 5.0 efi etc is a block replacement ??
Besides some 351's don't have engine numbers ...
If it was carb, no cats etc then yes it will draw the crabs..
351 with EFI etc that looks like a 5.0 and NOT too cammed up should pass emissions..
If its tuned correct it should pass...
The fact your runing turbo's doesn't really come into play.. You can run low boost to pass...
Or do this to a 3 valve / Boss engine ???

I would do the exhaust manifold alittle better though..
BTW these pics where taken last week a SEMA show L.A...

People seem to be missing the point here. It is not legal to retro fit a Windsor or Cleveland into a car that originally carried a Modular motor.

The guy is a dreamer and no one picked it. He wanted an RDP twin turbo setup like on their old Cleveland powered ute (but backed up with a T5). The fact that he seriously thought he could get away with registering such a monstrosity says something.

actually no i am not a dreamer. I have been saving to do this since i bought the car in 04!
What the point was was to see if it could be done LEGALLY if not then the money will go towards the mod motor. I'm no mechanic I'm a parts interpreter. The point was to put the idea out there and get so REALISTIC feedback as to whether this is possible! If it's not legal then i will pursue other options I thank every-one for their help but if the "ford" community wants nothing to do with a project out of the box then so be it! I have no intention on replicating the rdp ute. It still seems that it is easier to talk with Canadians ( Sean Hyland Motorsport [look it up sometime]) then australians that put down peoples idea's because they are a little left field!!!

Sorry for the misunderstanding darkshine but twin 1000+hp turbo's on an old school pushrod engine dropped into a b series engine bay is always going to reek of an rdp wannabe. And a clueless one at that when you asked about fitting these puppies to a high compression engine. I thought that gun parts interpereters would have known that turbo specific pistons are generally low compression pistons. Once again, sorry to blatantly insult your intelligence.
