thats easy.
cold air Intake 2 to 5%
Exhaust full flow 10 to 15%

After market intake manifold and bigger cam..... but effects drivability.

Shop around for a good second hand supercharger kit, best value for money and cheaper than heads and cam package etc.......

You can put a set of extractors too with the exhaust to open her right up, then flash tune it again on the dyno to gain more power, there underdrive pulleys for them too from BPT performance, not too expensive, maybe diff ratio... But as baxr6turbo said look for a 2nd hand supercharge kit for it... very good power with only 7psi, friend had it done then he intercooled it and then gaind alot more top end too... MONEY = POWER

Billet Oil Pump gears are a must!, DiFillipo Big Boy exhaust, Cams, Diff Gears. Is it a Manual or Auto?

i'll agree with 67ACE with the big boy system. It's the ducks nuts of exhaust for the 5.4's they have a note like nothing else. My brothers devil r ran 215 rwkw with just the big boy and nothing else. Now with a intercooled v-2 vortech and still unopened motor now puts out 407 rwkw
