Can any one help me get more out of my BA XT's Barra 24 valve V8. I know I MUST get extractors and exhaust done, but is there anything else I can do, for example do I need to have my computer reprogramed or replaced? What have you guys done with your Barra V8's?

Beyond breathing mods, an edit and new cams - same as the 260kw version, really. Much past that and you're probably looking at forced induction.

I was going to suggest ACE as well.
See them out at Heathcote all the time doing "R&D" :D
Guy is a nice bloke too, has a very sweet ute.

Contact BPT, They've done a recal for their 3V BA ute which went from 160odd rwkw to 191kw without any mods at all. Expect 220odd with extractors and exhaust. Of course the BA's only had a six cylinder style exhaust on the 3V. The BF has a better exhaust for 230kw and the same torque as the Boss 260 but 1000rpm lower down the rev range.

160 - 190kw without any mods??? Surely it's been flashed at the very least?
