I doubt your stock transmission will ever be threatened by a stock 5L's parts. You'd have to be up around the 250rwkw mark for a stock transmission to be in danger.

the EB 165kw cam is slightly bigger than the AU 175kw & 185kw cam
do a search on google for actual specs
i think EB is 0.444" for inlet and exhaust
and AU is 0.444" inlet and 0.422" on exhaust (about that anyway)
