yes but my car isnt standard. its because my car has a higher diff ratio so when i get to the rev limiter the car speed is a bit less than the standard shift point so it just whaks it and coz it backs off it changes up.
but it sounds alot likewhat your car is doin

yes it sounds the same as my car the bloke that owen my car was a older bloke who owned a big company in the city so i dont think he would have hotted the car up but you never know what revs does your car sit on when your doing a 100 ks and can it be tuned on a dyno to stop it doing that

i think at around 110kmh mine sits on 2k rpm.
Hav a look at the diff tag on the side of the diff. I think standard is 3.23. mine has a 3.46 coz i put it ther.

And yes a dyno tune will fix it most definatly.

thanks for that my car at 100ks revs at 2100 and thats not normal my fairlane g220 i had before sat on 1750 at 100 ks

ah wel. now you know what it is. get your air induction done and full exhaust then get it on the rollers for a custom tune.
