Coolant going into the engine and exiting out the exhaust. Using heps of water. No water in the oil. Idles rough and little amount of smoke out of the exhaust

Nice English!
Your head gasket is leaking coolant/water into your combustion chamber

okie, what car? have you done a compression check? how much does it go though (water wise) does the starter seem slower to turn the engine over???

yes, it does sound like a head gasket, or maybe a cracked head. anywhere from $1000 up to have it fixed at a mechanic! .

not having a go at you, but next time be a little descriptive of the problem!!! and car, like EA/EB/ED etc, how many kms its done etc ...

Then we can all help you better!

Laticia!
