it seems il loosing water/coolant from some where and i can only see wet spots around the over flow could it be a radiator cap or other major isues??

have to refill the resevor every day or two..

Could be the radiator cap, its at least a cheap and easy place to start. After that get a pressure test on the system, any radiator place should be able to do that and it should tell you where the leak is coming from. Otherwise you could fill the radiator with the pink ford coolant, it is great at showing up the slightest leak. Just don't leave it for too long, one day you will forget to check the level and you will end up cooking the engine.
