hey just trying to replace my fan belt just wonder if there is a easy way to do it cause i auto tensier does not move at all

it should move.. how are you doing it? ratchet with extension - hold it with one hand. Slide the belt off under the top idler pulley or water pump. Whichever is easier.

just trying to slip it on and there is not enough length it seems to get the blt on corretly

Maybe get someone to give you a hand they can use two hands to hold the ratchet whilst you force/slip it on.

3/8 ratchet with a short extension.
You dont force anything either, if its done correctly its easy.
