Does anyone have photos of the EAGT, looking everywhere for them.

Its the 351 EA Falcon at the Ford Discovery Centre

Wanting pics of the engine bay as a whole but
Mainly of the airbox and its customisation as well.

Wanting to copy there modifications to the air box.

Hoping some of you may have photos or saved the photos that seemed to have dissapeared of the EAGT.

Thanks in advance.

ive never seen inside it and never seemed to find a photo of it so now i think that they dont have an engine in anymore because i went to the discovery centre and asked everybody that works there and they would not open the bonet so its not in there for sure

I am trying to remember who took some pictures of the engine bay, I have a feeling they were at another forum, but those pictures are available somewhere so don't give up, the pictures I saw were only done within the last few years, I am thinking Tickford club or something like that.

I don't think that car at the discovery centre has an engine in it and I don't think it's the original car either. I remember looking at it at the Perth motor show many years ago on a rotating stand. They had the bonnet shut so I walked up, popped the bonnet and started having a look....they went f**k nuts! It had a GT40 intake and TFS heads and a Pro-M 77 MAF. The engine bay was still red which was the original colour of the car.

Thanks guys will keep looking then i guess. Remember seeing them somewhere, but the page that was dedicated to the EAGT on the eseries site is no longer there either.

Hoping someone saved them onto their computer on here.

see how the airbox is shaped

that lower intake peice would be going to the gaurd right. looks to be via the indicator hole.

looks like its got hardly any restriction in that intake/airbox.

I am going to try and copy that for my EA V8.
Stock look with good flow.

when I went to Discovery a while ago, the interior was all but gone...

Believe it or not... that car sat in the the car yard at the back of plant 3 in broadmeadows for at least 5 years!!! CRIMINAL! -me and my brother's always went to look at it!

...probably why half the parts are missing too!

The interior has been missing for years.
Those engine bay shots were taking by the E-Series Owners Club Guys when they were there for a display.

I've got the high res versions somewhere.

I've got the original Street Machine magazine from April/May 1991 when they road tested this car. Made approx 225kW IIRC.

I'll try and scan a pic or two if I can.

Ahh I knew it was a club, I just couldn't remember "who", didn't realise it had been that long since the photos were originally posted, did you guys get into any trouble over it?

Those photos used to be on your website as well weren't they?
Is your website down? As I can not get into it.

"Pretty please :D " post up the high res photos for all of us or post them to me and I will host them elsewhere for us, Fordmods forum attachments have a resolution limit.

Try Street Machine as they did a multi monthly story on this car when it was being built.
