Just wondering, does anyone know weather or not the EF and EL Fairmonts were built with Limited Slip Diff's?

Yes. I have a Fairmont Ghia that has a 3.45 LSD on it. I'm not sure about standard Fairmonts.

standard fairmonts were single spinners. the EL ghia was 3.45 LSD and the EF ghia was a single spinner also i think!

They were a single spinner in the EF unless you got the heavy duty tow pack, then 345 LSD, same as mine

There is just too many conflicting answers when it comes to this question. I have an NL Fairlane Ghia with heavy tow pack and it had 3.23S/S standard.

Was an option. Same with ED Fairmonts, could option a 3.08 LSD.
Plus it's common knowledge that if you know someone that works at ford (not as much today), you could bascially option whatever the f**k you wanted.
