After the work done to my car ( http://www.fordmods.com/forums/replaced ... 52193.html )it doesn't like to start with less than 20 litre's in the tank.
Engine turns over, has spark and can smell fuel.
It will eventually start if you pump the excelerator pedal heaps and its been sitting there for a few hours.
Any idea's?

twin fuel set up---1 dies, the other gets me home.been handy a few times. currently doing same mods as yours, but a bit more extreme, you had it chip tuned and settled in,but still flooding seems strange.just thinking the learning you get, every time you mod something and the hours spent-fixing,correcting,etc. to make the beasts run better.i have been there and done that any times, the hard way. these websites are a great help with information and good moders. check the pump in the tank-screen\pick up,etc. water and crap in tank -line filter blocked? if ok,line pressure and volume before injectors, how much do your injectors use, whats your regulator set at, 20 ltrs will be plenty.
