I am fitting an AU2 XR8 engine into my EF. The Injection is coming off and a manifold, carb, HEI Dizzy and K&N filter goin on. Only because the Engine bay is getting detailed and I am also de-looming it. I want to know if anyone has a wiring diagram for the Eletric fans and Temp sensor or for the whole Engine Managment and Dash. I have traced the Oil pressure back and thats all good but from what I can gather the Temp signal gos into the ECU and then out to the Dash guage and Fan relays. Will I have to fit another sensor into the manifold to activate the fans?? and could I take the Input wires from the Temp Sensor and just wire thm into the dash gauge?

To change the injection setup I'd have to rewire the whole car as the body controll module and Ignition barels and locks, sensors ect all have to be changed and as the looms wont plug into each other I thought bugger it I'll go carb and detail the engine bay and fully Deloom it. Only one place will do the conversion for me and they want $3500 to do the job. My pockets are not that deep I'm afraid.
Cheers
