You should be able to shine a torch down behind the brackets at the front and see, or put your hand around the back of the heads and feel if there are 3 or 4 vertical lines.

Just went out and managed to fit my hand around the back of the passenger side bank ... definately 4 bars there. So I can now triple confirm for you all that the FbT has GT40P's from factory. :D

<edit> Even though we've gone a bit off topic ... :wink:

Well, at risk of stealing steven13's thread, here is one pic. She's a standard Fairlane by Tickford, only difference is mine's got a spoiler, which will be removed at some stage. FbT is everything ELGT (+ GT40P heads, hehe) , but in a long wheelbase. Special leather interior, unique grill, badging, speedline rims etc etc ... $70k+ in 1998, so it's got the goods. 8-)

You guy's make it difficult for yourselves....the spark plug angle is all you need to tell the difference. Piece-o-piss.

Is there a difference is spark plug angle between GT40's and GT40P's is there??
