my xr8 is, an auto, can i use eb xr8 conversion, tail shaft,gearbox,clutch cable,clutch, flywheel,pedals, and also the manual computer, seeing it is from the early e series would it still be ok to use?????

Yes, everything will fit and work except the EB pedalbox and ECU.
For the pedalbox, get a Mal Wood clutch pin that bolts to the auto pedal box, use the EB brake and clutch pedals.
You can use your existing EL ECU if you trick it.

thanks for the info how would i trick the el ecu, also where would i get the mal wood clutch pin, also what about the auto trans computer

The EL TCM has slightly different pinouts compared to the EB-ED one that was discussed in that thread but it is still possible. My ED 5L station wagon has a DL V8 ECU and TCM and it runs well with the manual. I haven't tried the factory thermo fan wiring harness as yet.. Some have had problems with the fans running all the time when they tried fooling auto spec ECUs.
