Well by looking at the motor I can say that its from an EB or ED. If you look in the picture it has a belt driven fan, and if you look at the engine cover closely, there are no bolt holes for the extra shoud that came with EF/EL v8's with thermo's. Someone could have gone through the trouble of putting a non thermo engine cover on but i doubt it. EB/ED i say. my 2c worth

have to pull you up there bud, my EB has a EF/EL XR motor in it with EB running gear on it including a new cluch fan.
