Can someone help me?I just installed a 80mm ss t.b. Now my xr8 idles @ 1100 rpm and then sometimes it will drop down to 600 rpm.

Do i need to adjust the spindle on the t.b. or will the ecu take control of it?

There are no air leaks, the butterfly moves freely and returns to point of origin will no probs.everything was fine until i put the t.b. on.

I have only done : 100kms since install and i also drove it hard and soft to get the full range of power across the rev range.Whats going on ????

Better fill us in a bit more, are we talking about a BA-BF electronically controlled (Guessing BA-BF due to size) or cable EB-AU?
