Does anybody have any information on the new motor ford has built supposably called the 6L beater .... :shock:

the only tthing ive heard of was a 6lt v8 that ford US were developing ,but that got scratched.

what have u heard?

Or the only other closest thing i have heard of woulkd happen to be what engines people think the GTHO will have in it.

Its only some s**t a overzealous journo threw up in the air. Using an aluminuim version of the boss motor and stroking it out a little to give it a capacity of 5.9 litres to destroy HSV's 6.2 Litre cars both in a straight line and around corners cause the new donk would weigh a lot less than the old cast iron one.

that engine as far as i know does not exist.

it's just a look into what could be done if the block out of the US 'CAMMER' crate engine was fitted with the crank and heads of our boss motor making a long stroke big bore 5.9L engine
