the reason im looking at these is that when i go to take the sump plug out it always threads, so at the moment my car is slowly draining oil.

it sounds like some one has f**k teh thread in the sump!
or u need a new fibre washer on the end of it
i mean sure it a good idea and all but not one i would be using i am old school thats all :)

and that's coming from the persom who spent how long cleaning up oil from how many cars in my workshop after missing the drain pan????????
i was f**k waiting for that..... i dont liek oil drain pans at your workshop they suck!
they are old and dogdy and move on the uneven floor!

I dont see what the problem is, i think the idea is good however i prolly am not THAT lazy or in THAT much of a hurry that id bother getting one for one of my cars.

LOL good jpg. People misinterpreted what I said.. It's a good idea, but not one that is really needed. I reckon if you can't be bothered to take a plug off then you should pay someone to do it; time vs money. The fomoto just costs more money which will only save you a few seconds. To take the sump plug off only takes 20 seconds anyway.. Just don't do changes on a hot day!
