Phwoar.. Edelbrock also do very nice Alluminium timing covers.

I think I like 5.0's :D

Yeah the aftermarket kicks a**.... just need a licesne to print money, that's all :D Have you visited corral.net? My advice - if you want to get any work done...ever... dont. :twisted:

Rocket quoted $330 inc GST for the Edelbrock 302w EFI Gear Drive set, and they are currently in stock :)

yeh, I think i'll give it a whirl. Probably will go in with the new cam and new heads to streamline the whole installation process. Could be months away still.

Got to nut out WTF is going to happen for LPG, then start buying the intake gear. Cant buy manifolds, cam or anything until I know what LPG setup im using :(

i had a gear drive on the clevo and it died within a month- the power and idler gear needle bearings wore out, it was a jp
it rattled a bit also from the larger cam
i wont use jp again
im told by my machinist summers(i think thats the name ) gear drives are very good( singl idler)
