What clearance issues do you have? Spark plug or ignition lead?

I'm using ELGT headers that clear everything fine.

I've got Pacie headers designed for the E7 heads, now with the GT40P's, they're no good as no.5 lead doesn't fit, plus other minor "lead resting on headers" issues, none that can't be fixed with the use of some cable ties, just looks messy.

Changing plugs is just impossible.

I need my factory headers back basically seeing as EL2 & ELGT are the same headers?

Correct. EL 2 and EL GT headers are the same. Yes you need them back for now until someone can tell you a good header to put in replacement.

Yes.
Another easy way to tell is the spark plugs, which will be sticking out almost 90 degrees from the side of the head. Any other head will be 45 degrees.

FBTs had GT40s not GT40Ps. Same as ELGT.

Well this quote is from FPV website about the FBT.

FPV website wrote:
became the first local Ford to offer the US Explorer's revised Windsor V8 with the GT40P heads. It is sometimes known as the Fairlane 195.

Plus how often is Pete wrong when it comes to anything Ford or EFI

I know but the FPV site is wrong.
I know how much Pete knows but I can garauntee the FBTs and EL GTs had GT40s not 40Ps otherwise I'll roundhouse kick myself in the face.

Crap it looks like the FBT had GT40Ps and was the only E series to get them.

One roundhouse kick to the face coming up.

I shouldn't of doubted Pete. Damn it. Oh the pain.
