Hi, my xr8 oil pressure is very high. At the high mark on cluster.Checked in diag mode and it says it is 9. What is the cause of this. My engine has done 265000ks.

Check to ensure the terminal on the sender is clean tight. If there is resistance the reading will be higher than normal.
