How much would I be able to sell my car for?

347 Stroker, 5000km on clock with ACL/SCAT/CROW internals, Full MSD Ignition system (Once I get the new leads from BOTTLEDUP), New GT40p ported heads revalved new guides, seals, springs etc, Difillipo tuned headers into a 3" single exhaust, Ported Explorer manifold to match heads, 75mm TB with 90mm Lightning Maf, switch chip tuned, Full Nolathane suspension, full front end and rear suspension rebuild with kings SL springs, KYB shocks and new steering tie rod ends and ball joints, Rust cut, huge stereo etc etc...

Solid 316rwhp (236rwkw) streeter. (Dynosheets to proove)

EF XR8 Midnight Blue.
Does $12000 seem reasonable or am I dreaming?

You can always try for it... Most people will try and beat you down (being an E-series) but if all the work done is top shelf I think you should get what you want for it.

Ain't no full MSD ignition without the MSD leads tho! :P

Why the change of heart Steve? Other priorities?

I think $12,000 is pretty spot on for it.

Heart hasn't changed at all. Selling it is the last thing I want to do but just curious as It may be necessary to part with her in the near future or use her as loan collateral as other priorities may come into play. Probably won't but just considering options :)

I don't think you'd have any trouble selling it for that. There'd be a lot of money and time saved there for the new owner, if you decided to sell

I'd see the value in it for 12g. Considering a stock 5spd EF XR8 goes for 6-9g depending on condition its a small premium to pay for 2 1/2 times the power of the standard car
